Year round the winery is a very busy place. The work is cyclical as each new vintage progress through the stages of harvest, fermentation and aging, and finally bottling. Since our wine club members cannot be here to see the cycle of winemaking throughout the seasons of the year, I wanted to give them a vision of what is happening at Pech Merle and an opportunity to share in the excitement.
