Anyone blind tasting the 2014 Cuccio Zinfandel will confidently declare: THIS is a Dry Creek Zin. This wine is beautifully balanced and full-bodied with a rich bing cherry nose with zesty spice on the finish.
Pairing: Grilled pork tenderloin crusted with rosemary alongside sweet dry creek yellow cling peaches and whole grain mustard.

Warm Sonoma sun piercing through my deep red garnet body, facets of fuchsia and hints of strawberry-rhubarb, plum, and violet frame a story rich with oaky complexity and jammy enchantment. A palate of vanilla clove and black cherry tobacco further illustrates that this is only a prelude to my delicious tale of indulgence.  Pairing: Beef brisket with a cherried zinfandel jus served over creamy Parmesan polenta.
